1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a valid and binding contract between winmyr ("Platform", "We") and you as the user ("Member", "You") who accesses or uses the services provided through the website winmyr.run.

By registering, accessing or using any part of the winmyr platform, you expressly agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use this platform.

winmyr operates under international licensing and provides sports betting, online casino, slot and various other game categories to eligible users. The platform is designed to deliver a safe and responsible betting experience.

2. User Eligibility

To register and use winmyr's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times when using the platform:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not be a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction where participation in online betting activities is prohibited by law;
• Have never been declared bankrupt or be undergoing bankruptcy proceedings;
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in betting activities is lawful in your area of residence. winmyr is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from the use of the platform by users in the relevant jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each individual is permitted to register and hold one winmyr account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. Required information includes your full name as per your identification document, a valid identity card or passport number, date of birth, an active email address and mobile phone number.

winmyr carries out a strict identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer). You may be asked to submit a copy of your identification document such as your MyKad, bank statement or other supporting documents at any stage of using the platform. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated period may result in temporary suspension or closure of your account.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs under your account is entirely your responsibility. Please contact winmyr customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

winmyr supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, as well as cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC and ETH).

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM30. There is no maximum set for regular deposits, though higher amounts may require additional verification.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 for all methods. Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on the method and verification requirements. Withdrawal requests are only processed once the relevant wagering requirements have been fully met.

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet registered in the same member's name;
• winmyr reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts;
• Any taxes or fees charged by the payment service provider are the member's responsibility;
• Withdrawals to third-party methods or other parties are not permitted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

winmyr offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, subject to specific terms set for each offer. Bonuses are valid for one account per individual, household, IP address or device.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 100% up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

As a calculation example: if you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM100 giving you a balance of RM200 in your account. The wagering requirement to be met is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500. If you deposit RM800, the bonus received is RM300 (the maximum cap), giving you a balance of RM1,100 in your account, with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be used for betting first;
• winmyr reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus at any time with notice;
• Bonus abuse including arbitrage techniques or fraud will result in bonus cancellation and account closure;
• The winmyr VIP Programme comprises five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — with weekly cashback ranging from 0.2% to 1.0% depending on membership tier.

6. General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the winmyr platform are subject to the specific rules and conditions for each game category or sport. Users are advised to read the relevant game rules before placing any bet.

winmyr reserves the right to void or cancel any bet suspected of involving fraud, manipulation, technical error or unusual circumstances. In such situations, winmyr will return the original bet amount to the member's account.

• Odds and prices displayed are subject to change until a bet is confirmed;
• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled by the member;
• Winnings will be credited to the member's account after the result is verified;
• Any dispute regarding a bet outcome must be submitted to customer support within 7 days of the date of the event.

7. Prohibited User Conduct

Use of the winmyr platform is for personal entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Registering or using multiple accounts under the same or different names;
• Using automation software, bots or any computer program to interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other members to manipulate betting outcomes;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, such as registering repeatedly or using false identities to obtain bonuses;
• Attempting to hack, breach or disrupt the platform's systems;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process;
• Using the platform for any illegal activity or activity contrary to the law.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

winmyr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any user account at any time, without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds including but not limited to:

• Breach of any terms and conditions in this Agreement;
• Suspected abuse, fraud or illegal activity;
• Failure to comply with KYC requirements or document verification;
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.

Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting winmyr customer support. Before closure, any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal once the relevant requirements have been met.

9. Limitation of Liability

winmyr is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from technical system disruptions or failures;
• Inability to access the platform due to maintenance or disruptions beyond our control;
• Losses arising from betting outcomes;
• Any actions by third parties including payment service providers.

Betting is an activity that carries financial risk. You are betting with your own money at your own risk. winmyr encourages all members to practise responsible gambling and not to bet beyond their financial means.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

winmyr reserves the right to modify, improve or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Any significant amendments will be communicated to members via their registered email or through notifications on the platform.

Continued use of the winmyr platform after such amendments take effect will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest changes.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of the international licensing jurisdiction under which winmyr operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the winmyr platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If resolution through negotiation is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to arbitration or a recognised alternative dispute resolution body in accordance with the relevant licensing terms.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unenforceable or contrary to applicable law, only that provision shall be set aside while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
